Saturday 2.00 -4.00pm
Weather permitting, endurance bike ride or cycle skills. See session details link for route and meeting point details. Cost £Free.
Sunday 9.00 - 11.00am Horspath Sports Ground, Oxford
Cross Country run training in conjunction with Oxford AAA (when not competing in Cyclo Cross or Cross Country League events). Cost £1.
There may also be some special training events - mountain biking, bike turbo and spinning sessions, endurance runs and hill sessions. Please check session details link. Unofficial Club Sessions are held during the week see session details for more information.

Summer (April-September) Training Times are as follows:
Saturday 2.00-4.00pm Bicester Community College playing fields.
Mixed discipline training. Cost Free or £1.00/session if using the pool. Advance details of this session including equipment requirements can be found here on the web site or on the Club Noticeboard in the Bicester Sports Centre.
Tuesday 6.15-7.30pm Bicester Community College
Cycle Time Trials/T2 Transition and Run training.
Thursday 6.15-7.30pm Bicester Community College
Cycle Skills/Bike-Run Sessions. May-August.
Sunday 9.00-11.00am Run/Cycle training except when competing (see Events page). Venue details may change - see session details page.
In addition to these training days members are expected to train with a local swimming club. Blue Fins Tri swim sessions will tend to be tri specific and as such supplement the volume of training normally achieved through swimming with a swimming club.
