This year there is a Team Relay entry option. Teams can be mixed and made up of either 2 or 3 persons. For two person teams one person will need to race any two of the disciplines. For more information click link.
Detailed Race Information is now available Refurbishment works at the sports centre, including a new six lane bowling alley, means that the usual race route from Pool to Transition has changed.
